> 3 dayi had to improvise a bit, which makes pockets for substrate to get through. however, it works good!

> 3 dayThis is by far the best substrate barrier I’ve used in my terrarium builds. It disappears if you cut it correctly so there is no unsightly line between the substrate and the false bottom. It’s a tad expensive, especially if you are making numerous terrariums, but it is far superior to any of the cheaper options I’ve tried. Water drains through to the false bottom, substrate stays put.

> 3 dayWorks great HOWEVER you can get an several FEET of this at home depot/lowes/walmart for the same price or cheaper. Its simply a mulch garden barrier.

> 3 dayI thought this would be way more material and would at least attempt to compete on the price tag with others who offer the same material at a lower cost for more than youll get here. Nope. Ill not be buying this again.

Greater than one weekAs you can see from the picture, not even the smallest droplets of water will go through this barrier, completely defeating the purpose of having a drainage layer. The overall quality and size are fine, but I will have to return this since it would prevent proper drainage in my setup.

> 3 dayI use this in both my terrarium and vivarium. I personally prefer this over the wire mesh. The substrate above stays out of the false bottom, even the micro substrate particles. With Joshs Frogs you can always expect both fast deliveries and quality.

> 3 dayI bought two of these since one was not enough for my pythons 36x18x18 terrarium. Together, they help to maintain the layer between my soil and drainage layer, allowing me to create a bioactive enclosure that will suit a growing spotted python.

> 3 dayWater does not go through easily, so it doesnt serve its purpose.
