Johnsons Baby Almond Oil Paraben-Free, Phthalate-Free, 14 Fl Oz

I love all things almond scented so when I found out about this oil I had to have it!! It is just like the traditional Johnson and Johnson baby oil we all know and love except it has a nice almond scent. It absorbs quickly into the skin, and leaves a light almond fresh scent behind. If you enjoy almond scented body products I would definitely recommend this!

Just like regular baby oil but mild sweet almond scent

Initially I didnt think Id like the oil smell, but wanted to try something different. After I tried it, I found the smell worked well with my body and it wasnt over powering, but rather pleasant and satisfying. I only put it on after I get done taking a warm shower/bath. Does a good job keeping in the moisture and I dont worry too much about clogged pores and acne. I simply do not have that type of skin set up. If you moisturize yourself at night or in the morning, cannot go wrong with this product.

I originally tried this at a friend house; she did not purchase from Amazon. What I ordered from Amazon seemed watery and I didn’t notice the almond scent as much as I did with the one I tried at my friend house

I’ve got extremely dry skin and in the winter my skin gets even worse; so, I’m always on the lookout for new products to help prevent and improve the problem whatever it is. So, when I saw this almond oil product from a well-known and trusted brand, I knew it was worth a try! You should always consult your doctor / specialist / dermatologist before using any new oils, supplements & vitamins and should stop taking if you feel any adverse reaction after its use. Make sure to read the labels carefully and only take the recommended amounts suitable for your situation. I’ve heard some great things about different types of oils which are good for overall skin health. I’m intrigued at the benefits of almond oil; and as the product description states, it locks in up to 10x more moisture on wet skin than dry skin. The bottle is nice, see-through, durable and strong with the Johnson’s brand well labelled and ingredients, directions of use clearly described. So far, I’ve been applying this to my skin after showers, and my skin feels rejuvenated, smooth, moisturized and less itchy which means less irritation. The oil absorbs well and gives the skin a nice glow. The verdict is still out as I’ve been using this for a few days now and still waiting to see whether there’s any significant & prolonged change. The oil has a lightweight viscosity and you only need a tiny amount as it thins out when rubbed in. When you apply the oil, it distributes evenly and hydrates, moisturizes and nourishes as it absorbs into the skin to provide a nice healthy shine! it’s a little tacky like oils normally are and has a faint fragrance that’s not over bearing, however disappears over time. I’m hopeful that this will provide the benefits described and make my skin better over time – watch this space! Overall, this almond oil is easy to apply, is reasonably priced, and has some promise. Bought this to try and avoid getting stretch marks. Smell is mild, very subtle nutty smell. With my overtly sensitive sense of smell right now this has passed the nose and nausea test!!!! I personally like to add it to my daily moisturizer so that I don’t just add straight oil consistency (not a fan) to my baby bump and it has been working fantastically! Baby bump is soft and so far no angry, red/purple stretch marks are seen! 23 weeks and hoping this regimen keeps working well for me! Definitely worth the buy!

It hydrated my baby’s dry scalp. I applied it 10 min before his bath and I was able to tell a noticeable difference. Also, in my opinion it has a great soft smell, I’m not the biggest fan of strongly scented smells, so this one was perfect.
