I dont know why I thought I needed this when I was pregnant with my son. You shouldnt use these to clean out babies ears. There are much better suited tools. Do not use these.

While there is a nice puff of cotton on the swab, there is an odd little bit of hard stick at the end. I see no reason for that to be there, it would actually seem a factor in an injury.
