> 3 dayGood value for money. Effective, quick acting. Average to pretty easy to swallow, though feels a little dry, sometimes sticks in or scratches my throat a little. Just make sure to drink plenty of water to swallow. I have a hyper-sensitive stomach so I might vomit almost immediately unless I eat something bland first, like buttered gluten free toast to coat and protect my tummy. Drinking milk, (or an alternative milk, in my case), really helps also. The upset stomach is probably limited mostly to my own issues though and probably not likely an issue for most people. The Jet Alert really helps me stay alert, awake, focused, productive and on task, instead of frayed, stressed, distracted by everything around me. I dont believe it has created any kind of potential addiction for me; the box says its non addictive. I think it says one pill is about equal to a (regular strength) cup of coffee. Im pretty sure it isnt referring to a quad grande latte with a side of chocolate covered coffee beans as a snack. Id definitely recommend this product to a friend.

01-11-2024WHEN YOU NEED TO GET UP IN THE MORNING, YOU DONT LIKE COFFEE, AND YOU WANT CHEAP, MEASURED CAFFEINE, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO GO GO!!! OK no more kidding around. I have a heart condition. My doc says a couple of cups of coffee wont hurt you, so I take one of these in the morning, and NO CAFFEINATED BEVERAGES for the rest of the day (each pill is supposed to be the equivalent of two cups of coffee). On some mornings, I will also break them in half for a lighter, 100-mg day. And to those who question the affordability aspect: Compare the unit price of a Monster energy drink or a vented Starbucks latte (yeah, I know its supposed to be vente — SML just wasnt good enough for them), and for most of the days remainder, I drink water or some decaffeinated beverage. Safe and effective WHEN USED PROPERLY (and regrettably, I understand that there are caffeine abusers out there).
