I love this dispenser. My only issue is I seem to be getting slight leakage from the seam at the base of the pump where it connects to the lid. No sure why soap is able to come out of the pictured area, but hoping it remains minimal. The note said its made from stainless steel so Im also hoping it doesnt rust. Time will tell! Overall very happy with the product.

This is a great product. The pump is very sturdy and working well. As a bonus, the lid fits any regular-mouthed mason jars or jars like them. I was also able to order more of the lids without the jar from amazon to use for my older mason jars. As these are strong pumps that work just fine with typical liquid hand soap, which is thicker than your foaming soap, and more like the consistency of lotion, Im certain there are many other products you could use with this dispenser. I will be using one for dish soap. The only issue I have with the dispenser is not the fault of its crafting or the seller. Rather, this is an issue of setting for the jar and a fair warning for others. As this is a glass jar, you will want to make sure you have a flat surface to place it on just to be safe. I have a pedestal sink (meaning no flat bathroom counter) and the porcelain around the sink is not very flat/even. You can see in a picture I included that the jar sits fairly well on the sink, but it isnt perfect and could be tipped easily if someone wasnt paying attention or a pet jumped up on the sink. I also included a picture of a regular-sized coffee mug next to the dispenser for visual learners who want to see a size comparison. I hope this helps, and I will update the post if anything changes (e.g., functioning of the pump). :]

I own 3 of these soap dispensers now. They go with the rustic decor in my home. They fit 2 bottles of bath and body works hand soap!

I have used this type of soap dispenser for years because I like the country look. Never found one that didnt eventually leak where the dispenser comes up out of the metal screw on lid. This one is no exception. And occasionally excess liquid soap will drip out of the spout. But I have come to the conclusion that this is a fault for this style because any brand I have bought ends up the same way. I have learned to live with the defects.

This is much easier to use than my last one. The old one was old [g] and it had begun sticking when you pushed down on the pump. And it always dripped soap on the counter and didnt dispense the right amount of soap at a time. This product so far has solved those issues. I cant speak to how easy it is to clean yet, I havent finished the first fill. I cant speak to durability because Ive only had it a month. I also see that there is another version of this with a brass top which I would have preferred over the black, so a little regret that I didnt search a little longer to get what I would have preferred, but - its okay function over form, I always say. While I love something to be the right color, an attractive design, a product that actually solves a problem and does it well, is not easy to find. And I do love the Mason Jar glass bottom, its just the black top that doesnt fit in my kitchen colors that is not the choice I would have made if an alternative was offered. So I couldnt give 5 stars without having it longer to answer the questions on ease of cleaning and durability.
