I am currently doing keto and chose to use this protein powder to up my protein without upping carbs or sugar… I ordered the banana cream, and I mix it with my chocolate collagen powder and cold brew in the AM.. And it is literally like drinking a Friendly’s banana split… Chocolate covered banana thick goodness. Great product, my doctor recommended this protein powder after I had gastric sleeve like 6 years ago. Now that Im on the heavy weightlifting, and I cameback to use it since its one with the good isolated protein powder that I was able to find with low calories, sugar, and carbs. Super recommended!

Tastes great and is fantastic overall, but mixes poorly with milk. Unless youre using it with a blender, Id get a different brand if youre gonna use it with milk.

I got the cookies and cream for $13 (15 servings) and it’s pretty decent for that price... It tastes like really strong vanilla but it’s a little sickeningly sweet if I use whole milk so I use skim or water. For the price I paid I’d buy again but for the typical $28-35 dollar price tag it’s been jacked up to, I definitely wouldn’t. The powder doesn’t mix that great in my nitro bullet, which mixes everything to perfection normally, there’s always some clumps in the bottom… and it absolutely can’t be mixed in a shaker cup or by hand. It just clumps up horribly and isn’t edible. Overall the product is decent but I’ve had similar products for much cheaper and with better mix-ability.

Got this on sale. Its pretty expensive regularly and since it was about half off, I thought Id give it a go. Boy was that a good decision. This stuff is delicious! (Underline that!!!) Its really some of the best protein powder Ive ever had. Whats even more surprising is that this is 0 carb, 0 sugar and protein isolate. If you see it on sale or are just curious, big thumbs up from me. I got the Cookies and Cream flavor and it reminds me a lot of the milk shakes we used to get in our MREs when I was in the Army. Again, fantastic flavor and Im only mad they limited me to 4 bags of the stuff. Will get it again, no doubt, when they let me!

I’ve been buying this brand for awhile and at GNC this was stupid expensive! Amazon actually had the best price per oz. I’m gonna keep buying this from here.
