Long charger, got two for the price of one, working good

I purchased these phone chargers as a replacement for my old worn out one. After plugging it in the very first time, neither chargers work with my iPhone XR. I made sure it wasn’t my phone or the outlet by trying my old one again, it’s definitely these chargers.

Wires need to be constantly adjusted and won’t consistently charge. May be broken will be asking for refund.

These are he best ever!!! So thankful that they charge so well = so many others do NOT!! In fact most of them seem to drain the charge instead of increasing the charging power! The cord length is perfect! I will most definitely order more.
