Amazon product, quick delivery and fast charge

I bought more than one fast charger and lightening cords from your company. I literally just received my order. Both fast chargers and cables do not charge any of my apple products. I will be returning both today.

I purchased and received this product on June 16th. It is now July 23rd and one of the cords has stopped working. I have tried on a different iPhone, another charger base, and a different outlet to make sure. The return policy is 30 days, so I am outside of the return policy by 1 week. What a waste of money.

I wouldn’t recommend these chargers. They get so hot im scared to leave it plugged in.

I ordered a 2 pack of the 10ft cords and charger blocks and the chargers themselves seem to work fine, the cords however, are terrible quality. I started using the first one and it lasted a couple weeks before it would no longer charge my phone. Other cords worked so I know it’s not the charger or my phone. The connectors seemed fine, I think it’s the wire on the inside that gave out. I’m guessing due to their cheap price the quality of the wire was poor and probably thinner than they should be. Anyway I tried the second one and it did the same thing except it didn’t last as long as the first. I’m very disappointed in this product and I would suggest that no one waste their money on these
