> 24 hourCoughing, sneezing, and thick respiratory mucus became an everyday thing for us due to prolonged forest fire smoke exposure. We tried decongestants, antihistamines, and even prescription meds to no avail. Our local naturopath suggested these. Withing 24 hours of taking the first NAC capsule, our coughing, sneezing, and runny noses were reduced dramatically ( for some family members, syptoms were mitigated entirely). A good bargain because they work!!

> 24 hourA naturopathic doctor recommended this brand to me. Its a great brand. I take NAC for depression and for my chronic illnesses (fibromyalgia, endometirosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, C-PTSD, chronic epstein barr virus). I rely on NAC to function. I take it twice a day: in the morning and then again at night. I love this supplement and I love this brand. I highly recommend!

> 24 hourI’ve always had sinus issues and when I get sick, it would turn into a sinus infection. Now, instead of taking months to clear, it improves in days. These work almost immediately after taking and are better than any expectorant I’ve ever used. They help me breathe and eliminate post-nasal drip.

> 24 hourI learned about the value of NAC and its beneficial effects on the immune system. I trust this brand too. Its always great to have NAC on hand. As pharmacist Ben Fuchs says many times on his radio show, (http://brightsideben.com/), NAC is what they use in the ER when someone comes in with liver toxicicity from acetamin overdose. It also helps with glutathione production. Definitely good to protect the liver before drinking, and certainly the next morning to detox from the effects.
