This spool of 14g speaker wire worked fine for me. It assisted me in moving my home theater system from one room to the other, having to run wire through the attic and down walls. Sure, in the advent of wireless speakers and other tech it seems a little antiquated to run speakers these days maybe, but Im old school... like an old fool - and cant afford to keep up with the Joness tech-wise, so I make due.

Dont listen to the other guys who are talking negative about this wire. They must not know how to strip wire insulation properly. Probably using some old rusty wire strippers. Anyways, this wire for the price is not bad at all! I solder all my connections and by far this wire is holding up perfectly!! 5 stars for me!!!
