I love it way more than my old scale. It’s very flat and sleek. It turns on as soon as you step on it. No tapping first required. The surface is nice and big. The numbers are easy to read. I wondered about that.

The scale arrived in a secure box that fits the product snugly. This box was then inside a little bigger Amazon shipping box. The item arrived in perfect condition. It requires 4 AAA batteries, which are included. Installing the batteries was simple and setting up the scale was simple as well. I bought it to aid me in tracking my weight loss since I have joined Weight Watchers. It is precise in its calculations and the digital display is easy to read. One of the reasons I chose this scale is from the reviews of other customers and its a small business. I try to purchase from small businesses when I can.

The scale itself is good. Nice LED display, seems accurate and durable. But it said it would come with batteries, and it did not. Otherwise, great!

Have had this scale for a week...so far it has been consistent. The seller has already reached out twice to confirm our satisfaction so I feel that customer service will be good if there are issues in the future .
