Overall, I’m happy with the size; it’s really more of a pendant than a charm, and it’s got some heft to it—I put it on a scale, and it came in at 5 g—the weight is something I find reassuring. I was worried about it being a delicate piece of jewelry, but it seems pretty durable. The cavity inside is absolutely teeny, though. The body is solid, so be prepared that any remains you may want to seal inside are only going to fill its head. I ended up not wanting to risk messing with my cat’s ashes, but I saw another reviewer shared that they put some fur inside instead, so I borrowed that idea. The chain is prettier in person—the links are connected in a spiral, which I guess just doesn’t photograph well in that color? If anything, it’s a little long, though I have nothing to be surprised about because it’s 20” long as described. I miss my cat, but this is a comforting memento and I’ve been wearing it daily.

The chain isnt overly long, so it hangs at just the right height to be seen while also being just the right size to be noticed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an elegant pendant to hold the ashes of their beloved fur-baby.
