> 24 hourI have built a 60x30 m,etal building with steel beams. I have had this blade 8 months and it keeps on going. I cut on avarage 10 cuts a day. everyday. Doesnt hurt to oil it once and a while lightly. And tweak your machine. Took me about 25 tries to get it perfect. This blade cuts pretty fast- faster than the 25 tpi blade. Good luck !

> 24 hourthe blade cuts good until it starts loosing teeth, the 60% of remaining teeth are OK lol

> 24 hourThe only downside I can find to this blade is that it will squeal sometimes. That is a small price to pay for a blade that lasts as long as blades twice the cost.

> 24 hourHad some issues with the blade I ordered but the support was more than what I expected. They send me the correct blade. Nice to work with sellers like this.

> 24 houragree with a few other reviews in that the recent blades ive ordered have performed much worse than same blades a few years ago. I go through about 1 per month, and i try and give each blade a bit of break in period by reducing feed about half of normal for at least a couple days...followed by normal feed the rest of month. I find this tends to round over the tops of each tooth and they break less and cuts are much smoother and they dont wonder in thin gauge. BUT, the past 6 or 8 blades have broken so many teeth in the first couple of weeks. almost all the broken teeth start right at the weld and just propagate out from there and start bouncing like crazy leading to more broken teeth. the seller and amazon are great since they keep replacing them for me...although its a PITA not getting good production out of each one. btw, i find that without any break in period, these blades will break teeth almost immediately.

> 24 hourOK... Have a huge project in which I have to build support columns, each column section includes 4 24” long HSS 3 x 3 -3/16 And then 6, 4 inch long. Pieces same size square tubing. My metal supplier asked $7 per cut. So each column which cost me $210 cutting cost only. So I went and bought a cheap ass Harbor freight bandsaw for $200. And one of these blades, and it so each column would cost me $210 cutting cost only. So I went and bought a cheap ass harbor freight bandsaw for $200. One of these blades, and a bosh blade just in case. Made 35 clean cuts so far, and its still seems to be very sharp, Broke a couple of teeth but I think it paid for itself multiple times already.

> 24 hourCuts through aluminum and mild steel like butter..... Cant attest for longevity yet. I have a dozen cuts so far and blade is good. stainless will be the test and dont expect the blade to last very long. will use coolant on stainless so who knows.... will add to review ounce i cut some stainless projects....
