Did not stay cold very long and for my horse at least the vibe had no benefit. Good product just not for my horse

No charger or vibrating packs were with boots only came with cold packs. I paid extra to get them to treat my horse and that was the main reason I bought them

It came missing parts of the product, more specific the 2 vibrating panels and the battery charger. As I live in brazil, just got the product today.

Purchased this product from One Stop Equine Shop as a new item having paid close to $300 USD after all taxes included. The product seems used as evidenced by the dirt scuffs and numerous horse hair on the product upon opening from customs. Hopefully it works correctly.

Super thrilled with my Ice Vibes products. Thanks for continually working to improve the product. I do wish the vibe panels had a rubber insert that could go into the plug to protect them from shorting out if they get wet. Id like to be able to actually bathe my horse while using the boots. Thanks.
