Needed a new cover after mine fell off, due to becoming brittle from Florida heat. This has no XM antenna module, so it costs less. The cover fits perfectly onto the base of my original antenna, with XM module. Was fairly difficult to replace. Had to drop down the headliner. Tip; this is held on by a single nut, but there is also a small metal clip.
