I bought a new small coolmist humidifier for our bedroom this winter and I didnt want to have to go through the hassle of cleaning it and using vinegar regularly to combat hard water scale. Ive been using a few of these drops every time we fill it and no hard water scale or slimy residue for over 2 months now! Perfect for the I want something simple and dont want to do a lot of work folks like me.

I use a boneco air washer to humidify my house. I would always get slime buildup after a couple of days on the tank and cap. Since using these drops I havent had that issue at all. Been using them for a year now. Great product.

This easy to use water additive keeps our humidifiers MUCH cleaner, which is very important to our health.

The top is just a wide mouth opening so putting 3 drops is impossible unless you get a dropper… not sure why it couldn’t have been shaped like eye dropper… Otherwise, it seems to work.

If you only use distilled water in your device it’s less likely to cause a significant amount of buildup. I never had much residue in my humidifier (because I only use distilled). I bought this (expensive item) because I thought I needed it, but I don’t trust it honestly. After I tried this item, it felt okay while running but when it was done there was residue left behind that was hard to remove with my kind of humidifier. If distilled water (alone) sits for a few hours (enclosed) the water will be fine for a good amount of time (few hours or so). But if you do the same with this product in the water, it seems to produce more of this residue. I ran my humidifier after the treated water was sitting in the humidifier for a little bit (a few hours) and both myself and baby started coughing and sneezing. That was enough for me. I think I was better off without it. The humidifier was also easier to clean before I tried this. You might not need it

I have had my humidifier going pretty much 24/7 since it arrived and have made sure these were in every tank. They are great! And I believe they will last awhile making them worth every penny.
