Painfully slow internet via my T-Mobile sim card. Most times the page does not load at all. When I place the simcard back into my old phone the internet works fine. Its not a problem with my carrier. The phone service works well. I dont know what the issue is. I contacted Huawai but they did not reply. Update: Still no reply from Huawai tech support. They have my email and phone number Update 2: I completed all the recommended troubleshooting tips. I then chatted with an Amazon tech person who helped me troubleshoot further. Mobile data/internet still freezes up, is delayed or doesnt connect at all. I paid good money for this phone. It was new. I have T-Mobile netwrork. Calls work fine but no internet. Even my weather icon does not update. Update: Still no internet and still no help from Huawei. Total waste of money. Im going back to Samsung

Great phone so far for a fraction of the price of an iPhone, Samsung or other big name manufacturer. The build quality is excellent. The display is gorgeous. The call quality is excellent on T-Mobile. Phone is fast, responsive and the fingerprint unlock works beautifully. Huawei may not be well known in the states, but it is in the rest of the world and for good reason. This is an excellent device at a reasonable price. Im happy I took a chance and purchased this phone. There are excellent alternatives to the over-priced phones everyone else is carrying around and this is one of them. Just keep in mind that this phone will only work on GSM networks - T-Mobile, At&t and the smaller carriers that use their networks. It will not work with Verizon. Hope this was helpful.

The best phone I have ever had so far (besides iPhones, I consider the phones as only for rich people... Im a college student and have broken my phone by dropping it, so Im not paying $800 for a new phone). I am especially amazed by the following features: battery life - super. it easily lasts for a day, I am a heavy user and watch videos etc., but the battery is so good. camera - so clear, pure. I used an LG 5 before and I honestly hated taking photos with it. With this phone, I can truly enjoy taking photos and no need to filter it up. software - so much alike to OS, although it is android 7.0, which is the second newest android. So far, I have not found an issue with the operation and quite like the smoothness of it. outlook - it does not look $270 phone at all, its rounded and clear-coated like iPhone. I love everything about this phone, but it occasionally becomes glitchy and makes weird noise while I play video. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I wish I knew about Huawei earlier!

This is my first phone upgrade in a long time (I was using a Galaxy S3) but I love it! The battery life is great, I use my phone for things like reading books for many hours at a time so I can wear it down pretty quickly that way but when Im not using my phone for 7 consecutive hours, the battery hardly wavers. I got this for less than $300 and it came out in 2018. I could never say that about a Samsung or iPhone! The phones performance is great, no glitches, no slowing down. The fingerprint reader is surprisingly useful, I wasnt expecting to ever use the feature but its super handy when you need a quick unlock. The camera is pretty decent too (way better than my S3). Im really pleased with this product.

Everything works fine on this phone. Its Android 7, and I just feel like theyve really worked out all the little dislikes. The MicroSD card is useful for storing applications and integrated pretyy painlessly as a default storage area. The auto updates work as expected, where other devices I have require manual updates despite being set to auto-update. The network performance with the TMobile network is fine, and speeds reliable. Battery performance is fine, and I can go several days without charging and Ive never seen it below 50% charge. I also like that its a fairly minimal and no-frills install of Android. The beauty of this phone is that it has decent performance and the most important sensors like compass, gps, gyroscope that only the more expensive models have. Ive used it for VR games and apps, videos, and all kinds of things. Ive compared it to my sons Samsung S7 Edge and it more than holds it own at half the price. I am very pleased with the compromise of price and features. I was a bit hesitant to purchase it because of the brand, until I realized I bought my wife a Huawei phone that has worked perfectly for the past year. The one downside I have is the glass is not a gorilla glass. I purchased a glass cover for it so Im ok with that now. Note that the glass is curved on the edges, so if you purchase a hard cover for it then you will see that on the edges it doesnt make total contact. This may annoy some, and I thought I would dislike it, but honestly I dont really care now. UPDATE: I now have had this phone for over a year. It has never let me down, crashed, or had any sort of weird problems. I surf the web and read and respond to emails regularly, play music during exercise and long road trips, and of course make phone calls and send texts. Still fully pleased with the phone and its capabilities.

I watched reviews before I bought it and every unboxing review says that it includes one screen protector. Mine did not came with one. I was very disappointed because I was expecting to get everything I needed for my cellphone but at the end it was not like that.

This is my first Huawei cell phone. Ive been using it for a couple of weeks and I havent used all the functionalities but I have explored a few and so far Im very happy with my purchase. I also would like to add that the product arrived in excellent conditions and well packaked. Theres only one detail that I need to point out; the little key to insert/open the SIM and Memory card was missing, hopefully this is something that doesnt affect my purchase or the phone quality.

Phone is great, with one big question that Im hoping other owners can answer: Is there no LTE status icon in the status bar??? I am on MetroPCS in the USA, and the phone works well, however when I enable Mobile Data, I never see an LTE status icon, only a 4G icon. I am in Los Angeles, in the exact location that my old phone had a constant LTE connection, so network strength is simply not the issue. I have the LX3 version of the P10 Lite, which is the correct USA version of the phone. At first I thought the phone wasnt configured right. Then I downloaded the Huawei P10 Lite manual, and noticed on page 22, it shows that there is actually only a 4G status icon, to indicate both 4g and LTE connections. Is this true??? If true, how would I know if my phone is connected at LTE speed, not simply 4G speed?

After owning several Galaxy phones for years I can confidently say that I couldnt be happier that I finally took a chance on a different brand. The Galaxies have serious performance problems and other issues, it didnt matter what model I had they always suffered from random restarts for NO REASON. I couldnt rely on them. They also start to get sluggish once a new model came out. Mark my words that this will be a Samsung scandal in the future if they didnt learn from Apple. Anyways, this phone is great and I am actually amazed at the built and software quality of this thing. No random restarts, battery life is amazing, the phone itself looks GORGEOUS (I got the blue one and its a beauty). Its very slim for the price range (and the main reason I bought this one over other similarly priced devices). I have owned it for several months now and it really is amazing how good a cheap chinese phone can be these days. The big guys are in serious trouble if this is how good a low end phone can be (I know its not technically the lowest of the low but you get my point). Great job Huawei, I hope I can use this thing for a while and when the time comes Ill certainly look for another Huawei phone to replace it with.
