Buyer beware... I purchased a Huawei Nova 5T phone while in Thailand from a Huawei representative they told me it would work in the United States it does not work in the United States Huawei does not have very good support because the phone was not purchased in the US or is it USA phone. Huawei phone support is terrible let me repeat Huawei customer support is terrible!

Cheapest 7nm chip phone on the market. Close to flagship performance for a third the price. Phone is beautiful and cameras produce excellent photos. ATT US service works fine. Only complaint is Huawei is not making available Android 11 due to a spat with US officials, when it registers it’s located in the US it blocks the update

Very high quality product in terms of finished good. Highly readable and highly responsive IPS screen, 2340 x 1080 resolution. Phone management is the best. The fingerprint reader works wonderfully and is faster than the Honor 5X. The photo looks good even indoors. Android 10 version, 8 GB of RAM memory and 128 GB internal memory, excellent Huawei Kirin 980 processor. Does not have a memory card slot. The Bluetooth connection is almost instantaneous. Telephone reception is 5/5. The package includes a transparent protective case. I highly recommend.

I need help for my order I return my order 3weeks ago every time I using the phone its hanging and block out. So many times it happens. Thats why I always reset the phone but seems always happen I return to our crew enrichment.. Sorry but I will not accept it. And I hope you will do something to my order.. And soon Im going home I dont know when Im going get back my phone or money back please I really badly your assistance.. Thank you

Do not buy if you have Cricket or AT&T. It doesnt work and youll have to return it like Im doing now. Update... Im keeping the phone and switched to Mint mobile. Ill update soon
