> 24 hourI have used Many Huawei phones. But, None of them is as bad as this one. I don’t know whether or not my SIM card is incompatible with the phone, but I can’t use it since I even can’t catch the signal. Besides, I can’t open message in ordinary way. I hope those error is attributable to the delivery, not phone itself.

> 24 hourBetter than the Pro! This is a great device that has much to offer than you cant easily find elsewhere. It does have a few small issues, but nothing deal-breaking. Pros: 1. 16:9 screen ratio... this is very hard to find on a newer device with specs like this one. I much prefer it, as you get more real estate, better video compatibility and app usability. This is a personal preference of mine. If you have small hands, you should consider a screen with 18:9 ratio. 2. Speakers... they are loud and clear. Way better than any of my Samsungs (S8, Note8) 3. IR blaster... some people would never use this, but I do! 4. Huge battery... speaks for itself. I get 2 days easily with moderate use. 5. Fast... this phone is very fast, although its not completely optimized for US apps, so some will take longer to load than others. Cons: 1. Bluetooth audio... comparatively very quiet and low quality. This may be fixed in a future update, but for now I wont be streaming any music via bluetooth if I can help it. 2. Hissing when using Aux cable... I have confirmed that this issue only exists when using an Aux cable, and not when using headphones. There is a distinct and constant hissing noise when an app is active and playing audio. It is possible this will also be fixed in a future update. Sound quality is great, though. I ended up getting a Razer USB-C to 3.5mm adapter that got rid of the hissing and actually improved the already good sound quality. 3. Regional issues... when I got mine, it was regionally flashed to Middle East. I found many bugs that were pretty intolerable. Once I figured out how to rebrand it via FunkyHuawei and changed it to International/Asia, everything has been smoother and faster without bugs. Anything that wasnt mentioned here should be assumed to be fully functional. I have had very few issues with it, despite the EMUI skin that everyone seems to hate so much. Ive actually grown to like it. Cool device for a cool price. I owned the Mate 10 Pro before this one, and it was plagued with bugs that I just couldnt stand. This non-pro version is a much more stable device for me, and actually has more features.

> 24 hourUnless you deal with confidential information and listen to the security warnings of the U.S. government, I highly recommend this product. I live in Brazil so I dont care about the commercial war that triggered this debate. The product is excellent, here are my initial impressions: - Fast processor, runs cool all the time - Fast charge - Good camera: I have not yet explored all the features of the camera but I had a good first impression. Takes good pictures in low light - Huawei has a nice software that imported all the contacts that I had from my old smartphone, fast and easy to use - The screen is bright and has vibrant colors. It has the same length of a 5.5 in screen but it is larger. I love the screen. - The build material of the phone is excellent - The phone is a little heavy because it has a good sized battery. The battery life is very good. - The Mate 10 can be customized in many ways to suit the taste of the users but it will not let down Android users, the interface is very good and easy to use. - Works perfectly well in our service provider network in Brazil, excellent call quality - Has a wide range of frequencies, which is good for international use - The wireless adapter is fast and the signal strength is good

> 24 hourIm not one to write product reviews, however, for the money, this phone is rocking it! Flagship phone for $580. Dual Sim, headphone jack, screen is good, in the box comes w/ everything you need - rear clear bumper case, front screen protector, charger n cable. Android 8.0. Considering cost and value, I would purchase this phone again in a heartbeat. All you need is a Sim card and youre good to go. T-mobile or ATT.

> 24 hourI am in love with this phone. I did so much research before buying it, too. So far, it has met and exceeded most of my expectations. For me, the antenna gets signal in places my old phone couldnt (like the basements and tunnels of a corporate building). And thats WITH a heavy duty metal case on it. Battery life is not the best out there, but its more than enough for a full day of use ...still better than a 6 Plus. And it has 2 battery saving modes (battery saver and extreme battery saver). The only sort-of downside... It has some bloatware apps that cant be deleted. I havent had it jail-broken or anything... yet. Maybe jailbreak will help delete the apps? And you have to dial 1 before texting on the stock app. Or you can get a better texting app; like most people seem to do. Note: I am on T-Mobile, living in a large, U.S. city in the south...ish.

> 24 hourThis divice was delivered in Aug 20, 2018 so i have it for almost a month of use now, and so far is the perfect smartphone for my needs, i will depend on what you want from your own needs, i try to put the pros and cons so you have an idea of what you are getting. PROS: powerfull hardware (not the best but more than requier for almost everything you trow at), IPS diplay in my case i prefer realistic colors than the OLED cause i do a lot of photgraphy with it, dual sim (i do not use it) but i do use the second slot for my SD to store lots of content (microSD, up to 256 GB, uses SIM 2 slot), front facing fingerprint scanner that i use a lot when wonking in my desk pc, headphone connector which i love so i can use my existing hifi headphones (sound is great, very good D/A converter), Non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery wich get you to end of the day with almost 1/4 life with more than usual use, simulated stereo speakers using the auricular one just for high reproduction (not the best but better than just the one facing botton), IR that can control almost any divice TVs, ACs, Recivers, etc., and the last thing i like a lot is the pc mode with just a cable adapter from USB-C to HDMI that is about $9 to 15 here in amazon. I do want to say that it includes a silicon acrilic case that i am using. CONS: Because of the glass back finish it is very slippery so you need to use a covercase, very dirty with fingerpints and it is a bit heavy. I hope you found this info usefull. I included all the photos i think you may find of use.

> 24 hourIm amazed at the battery life on this phone. The Mate 10 is a good phone. I wish theyd made it with a bigger screen (its only 6) but other than that, the resolution is great, the camera is good, the speakers are loud, and its fast. I dont use my phone much for actual phone calls, mainly for a text and internet device, and for those things it is great. The Leica camera in it seems better than the Sony camera in my last phone even though the Sony was a megapixel more in resolution. And they seem to have tech support. Its worth spending the extra money for this phone.

> 24 hourGreat phone. I have had a Mate 9 for nearly a year, liked it, so I got this Mate 10 for wife. Essentially same performance as Mate 9, but this one is smaller and has the finger print reader in the front. Everything works as intended and much faster than my previous phone Edge S7. The battery life is great. There can be 75% juice left after a day of light use, normal use should be 50% left, and 25% if there has been an hour of navigation. The dual sim feature is great. We have ATT and T-mobile sim cards in one phone, and T-Mobile and China Mobile sim cards in another phone. Both work fine, and the second sim does not seem to drain battery. I protect the phone with a clear TPU case. The phone has fell on concrete driveways quite a few times, but no crack yet. I paired the phone with a Talkband B3. As a result, my steps count on WeChat WeRun.

> 24 hourI have had this phone for a few months now and the short review is; the Mate 10 is amazing. I have the International model which means it needed to ship with the International Rom on it. The only problem I have found with that is I cant register a Huawei ID in my region. As far as the performance, the phone is blazing fast and the camera has exceeded my expectations. One of the best features of this phone is the battery life. I have gone literally 3 days with light use of this phone, heavy use can still get you a full days use. The phone charges so fast and the battery last so long I typically only charge my phone when I wake up in the morning before I go to class. If anyone is in the valley of decision on this device fret no more, you will not be disappointed. By the way, i have received two updates so far since owning this device which means Huawei is in support of this one...
