> 24 hourI got this free w/ my cell phone saying it was a $30 value but its more worth $10. It wont track your heartrate, just your steps and how often it moves. Its like a Bluetooth pedometer. For more accurate results you should look something like the new Xiaomi Band 4 which has a color screen, notifications that are useful, and heartrate monitor for $30-$40. This is the very basic of basic fitness bands. If you have a call or text it buzzes and an icon pops up and you wont know what it is for. Either a text or email. You cant read it in the sun w/ sunglasses on. Its barely readable in the sun. Its serves its purpose for kind of tracking your steps, and having the time on your wrist. I would give it 4 stars as a basic Bluetooth connected pedometer band if it were $10. Battery life is excellent and having the shoe dock is nice. There is a find my phone feature in which you tap the find phone function and your phone will play a tune to let you know where it is. Thats if it is in bluetooth range.

> 24 hourEdit 12/21/2018. I wanted to add that I have a Huawei Phone and have not had issues with syncing my fitness band. I also use the app it instructs you to download and do not use or link with any other fitness app. I cant speak for other phones. First and foremost the battery life on this is AMAZING! I received the Huawei Fitness tracker on 12/2 and it is now 12/14 and I still have 30% battery life left! Thats nearly 2 weeks (should be as advertised) of not needing to charge it! Even better? This thing is only $30! I used to have a Fitbit and then lost it at an airport once because the band had already been breaking on me. Fitbit battery life doesnt even come close to Huawei Fitness tracker. I needed a new fitness band that was fairly inexpensive and could track my steps, sleep, tell time, and give me basic notifications on my phone. This checked off every one of them. I personally dont care much for heart rate tracking so if thats something youre looking for in a fitness tracker this wont be for you. Also, dont expect this band to give you notification previews. It will just simply vibrate if you have a notification. You can also customize what apps on your phone you want the band to vibrate for notifications. Overall, great fitness tracker, great price and fantastic battery life! I highly recommend. :)

> 24 hourI bought this little device without much expectations and its a very, very savvy! Its easy to lync, battery charges fast, and it tracks everything and sends you notifications on texts!! I have had it for a week now and the battery level was still at 60%! I really, really like it but and its a very sad but, that it is not compatible with Vitality app so my activities are still recorded through my iphone. that defeats the purpose of getting such a device. i am going to give it to my mom and buy another device that is compatible with vitality.

> 24 hourThis product requires the Huawei Health app to function, and it is not available. Its been pulled from the app store and Huaweis direct download links dont work. Without the app its useless. Sad, since its a nice little device!
