Ordered 8 of these. Had issues with 1 or 2 being locked. (Not sellers fault, as others were unlocked) And fixed it same day for us. Very pleased with customer service and products.

Powerful LTE router with lots of options and functionality. Works great! Purchased this after my LB2120 went out and couldn’t be happier.

Este router 4G simplemente es el mejor que he usado hasta hoy, la señal de 4g en mi área es débil y desde que lo uso ha mejorado en un 75%. Cumple con su propósito, muy buena inversión. Respeto la opinión de los demás y se que pueden haber excepciones en cuanto a si funciona o no en algunos lugares, pero es el mejor en referencia a precio y Calidad.

Works perfect as a Wifi Modem and Router respectively. I love the idea that it can be used as a Wifi Router using your home internet. One draw back is that the firmware updates are hard to find.

This was purchased to deal with a serious broadband outage. Had high hopes, since the router seemed to hook up to the carrier and subsequently performed wired and wireless router tasks well and with good speed. But would NOT deliver voice to landline house phones. The carrier, Consumer Cellular (technically AT&T under the hood, but FAR superior customer interaction), sells a device that WILL provide the service, and other cellular routers are distinctly less expensive, so this device is not for us, although it appears to be well made and has good performance for what it DOES do. (As it turned out, broadband service was restored, so a device of this kind is not yet needed.)

Im not gonna lie, I was a bit sceptical at first when I just got this product seeing the AT&T logo on it. I was worried that it wasnt unlocked but I unboxed it, set it up and it works like a charm. It was just as described, works for US and Caribbean bands. BTW, Im in Jamaica and using Flow.

I received the Mexico version of this product and the only instructions were in spanish. Also the login credentials didnt work. However after looking up the english manual online I was able to do a factory reset which made the credentials work and was able to log into the web interface even though I had to change the language from Spanish to English. With that being said my unit did come unlocked and even though it was a hassle to set up it seems like itll work.

Nice design aesthetically. Registers on T-Mobile USA as a Hotspot so no voice support, customer support tried to troubleshoot it but were unsuccessful. Huawei support was pleasant but clueless and was surprised this modem had a phone port. Data speeds are good, cell signal was solid. The settings are very limited. You can set the APN url ONLY, no other settings as far as that goes. There is another setting to select if the antennas use Auto, 2G, 3G, etc. VoLTE is supposedly supported but I couldnt test it. Ultimetly, I returned this unit and purchased a Yeacomm 4G LTE CPE Router with Sim Card Slot https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083TH42R8 The Yeacomm functions as it should, Voice and Data work automatically without having to go into any settings.

Product was initially locked ... a quick e-mail to the supplier resolved the issue with an unlock code. Disaster averted! The unit seems fast and works as advertised ... will test further and update if necessary. Loving it so far!

La caja dice que este producto incluye 2 antenas, y estas no venian en la caja, lo cual hace que el producto no se desempeñe adecuadamente, faltandole señal. Por favor, pueden enviarme las antenas faltantes ? de otro modo debere devolver los equipos. Gracias
