Its a great computer.

First one I bought had heat issues. Got extremely warm. Worked with HP to resolve after resetting Bios HP determined it was defective. Sent back. Reorder same one, as I like the Laptop. Second one the plug adapter started to get hot again. Turned of PC restarted and window came up stating cooling fan was not working. Sent that one back too.

The description about the battery is misleading.

I wish it had a bigger screen but its okay. Im very happy with the computer. I dont use a touch screen much but it seems to function well. Happy with purchase.

Overall a nice hybrid but showed up with a bad battery that wont charge. Will see how the service is requesting a new battery under warranty, and how hard its going to be to replace it. Will update with more information as we go along.

Seema good value for money, lightweight and doesn’t heat up. The fan also doesn’t make any noise as compared to my old dell laptop.

This little puppy is super fast. Money well spent.

I just received this product (hp laptop)NO instructions,warranty or much to it! Just received power cord and laptop so hope works well or will go back to MacBook Air that I know best. Will update review shortly. UPDATE: laptop disabled.. found out it was a used item returned immediately over 2 weeks ago no credit still. RIDICULOUS
