> 24 hourMy son bought this with his birthday money. Waited a whole week for it to come. Once it came he opened it only to find just the PC itself. We did not receive the power supply cord, keyboard, or mouse. I contacted Amazon and they were only able to offer a refund and I’d have to send it back. They did not have a replacement available. I then contacted HP who was unable to help because I purchased through Amazon. Overall the PC runs good and graphics are good. Just disappointed that I had to go buy the other parts in order for him to use it.

> 24 hourThe product arrived with an error code and no displayed image and with warranty it has to take an additional 30 days to get repaired. Probably a decent computer when it arrives fully functioning. Only time will tell.

> 24 hourIts a small and light-weight box that performs well. Easy to upgrade storage capacity, but the memory is a problem. It seems that 3rd party RAM will not run at 2666MHz so upgrading from the 8GB is only possible if you purchase the RAM from HP at a price of about $240. Thats simply extortion.

> 24 hourMachine is upgradeable so I changed the NVME 256GB to a 1TB Intel NVME I had removed from my Dell Prestige. I also had a pair of 16GB DDR4 memory sticks already, so I dropped them in and added a 2TB SATA SSD as supplemental storage. The machine is extremely fast for everything I want to do. Since Im only a casual gamer using the Microsoft Games Access Pass, the GTX 1650 graphics card does the job and with the crazy world of graphics cards right now the cost of the entire machine was not too much more than the cost of a graphics card by itself. Bought two and the Wifi speed on both is below par. I added a USB wifi and it tripled the speed.

> 24 hourFirst off, within the first 3 days of buying this, whenever i tab out of a game in full screen my whole screen goes black. eventually the problem went away so i didnt think too much of it. Recently, in game ive been lagging, teleporting, spiking, you name it. I called amazon customer support and they said we had to contact hp so we also did. Then, they said it was a software issue and told us to buy a technicians help so we did and weve called them multiple times with no pick up. Currently on hold for more than 2 hours. After, i called hp customer support and when i explained what happened they said i had to pay another $200 to fix it and after talking for a bit longer they hung up on me.
