when we purchased the HP it came in S-mode what is NOT in the description. we had to go thru a lot of stuff to get it out.. before you buy this computer do your research on S-mode HP!!

great computer for the price

Computer was easy to set up. Plugged in my printer and the computer asked if I wanted it set up, I clicked on yes and it was set up. How easy that was! I have always had problems with a new printer not this time!

Screen quality and personal pics that I downloaded were not as clear and visible as on other devices. Not a bad laptop for basic use
