I wanted just a basic laptop thats what I got. It might be a little too basic. The screen is too bright and unable to adjust brightness. They used antiquated screen technology that distorts the colors/picture when viewed at any angle other than straight on. Even straight on viewing is trash on this screen. DO NOT BUY!!!

This computer is hard to use....I made a mistake by ordering this...Going to return it..no instructions came with it.

Fast set up. Good feel but hard to see what on the screen at certain angles.

Its very sensitive with the touchscreen. And if you have to replace the screen its expensive its the cost of the computer and some change. Im telling you because I have to go through it. Aside from that it glares in lights if your watching tv or near lights. You can see reflections as well. That might be a downside but overall its a good Chromebook. Charges fast.

I needed a laptop

This is without a doubt the worst screen I have ever seen in many, many years of notebooks. tablets, you name it. When viewed even a few degrees from the side the screen was unreadable. Unbelievably poor.

The laptop looked really nice when first received. It was not the color ordered. It came in black when a white one was ordered, this was my second order. I ordered a white one in 2020 October for my niece. Now just over a month after receiving it - received on January 11th 2021; ordered it 29th December 2020. The screen goes black/blank when turned on. It is a waste of my money. I have since made contact with the seller.
