I had bought my 1st HP chromebook 14 back in 2015 and since that one was phased out pretty much, looked into getting a more updated model, does everything faster and the most biggest con the 2015 version I had was it was not FHD which is a must have quality for me. Back then I was new to buying c-books but now im more experienced, all in in this was a very great buy and the shipping was quick ,surprise!

Did not like Chromebook operating system. Going to return and have already ordered a HP with Windows 10 OS.

I use this computer for school for my son. It works well.

That laptop is amazing... When I think about the processor before buying I thought it was just going to be Normal, but... That chromebook is really fast, google has done an amazing job with that operating system, a new era is coming and Microsoft should be worried about. The screen quality is Full HD, sounds quality is good... I am happy with.

Cheezy quality. Screen is ok. Keyboard is very very bad. Charge is decent.

I had owned a Toshiba chromebook prior to purchasing this HP one. My Toshiba had been a fantastic computer that lasted me 3+ years with heavy use. I purchased this one just over a year ago, 13 months actually, and it has already died. Just died. While it was working I didnt find the quality to be anywhere as good as my previous iteration, but anticipated it would last a little longer than a year. I have a desktop for work (I work from home), so this is used for other online activities, like YouTube and shopping on Amazon. Needless to say I will not be buying another HP chromebook.

For the value you pay, it’s great !

Great product for kids. My 7 year old loves this. It is easy for her to use and it was easy to set up.

This chromebook is the perfect size! It performs fast and reliably. Bought this for my daughters last semester of college, as an English major she wanted something responsive and light. This has been perfect. Highly recommend!
