Am loving my new computer!!

This review is for the HP All-in-One PC, with a 23.8 Full HD Micro-Edge touchscreen display, running Windows 11 Home with an AMD 2.3 GHz Ryzen 5 processor.

I purchased this computer in January 2022, and by June 2022 it has completely stopped working. The thing wont even come on. This apparently has happened to a number of other people as well, based on the number of people watching how-to-repair videos and writing on message boards. I think buyers on this site are writing reviews of the product after only having it a couple of weeks or a couple of months.

This has everything I need for my household. The processor is great. No bulky tower. Touch screen monitor is a nice touch. No pun intended. The white is very sleek. Best purchase I’ve made on Amazon so far.

$500 PC and the keyboard is useless - why try and save money on the keyboard-

I’m not going to lie, I bought this computer specifically so I could play the Sims 4 and it’s been great! Runs all my expansion packs without lag or problem. A great value for your money.

Love the simplicity and ease of use.

The computer kept crashing. It started during the return period but we tried updating software but it was a BIOS problem. It was now pass the Amazon return window. I had to contact HP. Its almost 2 months since I bought the PC and just got the box to return it to HP. So I don’t a have a computer and I’m out the cash I paid for the PC. I had purchased another HP since which I had to return when it too kept crashing.

Pretty easy setup and so far I love it. I didnt realize how slow my old computer was compared to this one.
