> 24 hourNeeded something very basic just for word processing and printing up school documents. HP has tried to install the print driver four times will not work will not print or save PDFs. Basically it’s not even a typewriter because you can’t save documents and print them on an HP compatible printer. Spent about nine hours on the phone with HP and they recommended to replace the computer and printer. It’s been just a couple of days short of the year purchased two of these neither have ever worked. Yes, they’re an expensive but even if they were free, the fact that they don’t work at all , makes them worthless.

> 24 hourI’m not going to lie, I bought this computer specifically so I could play the Sims 4 and it’s been great! Runs all my expansion packs without lag or problem. A great value for your money.

> 24 hourBought this for going back into school and so far it’s been a fantastic computer. I’ve been using it daily for months and haven’t had a single issue. Picture quality is fantastic, the built in webcam works very well, and the speed is also better than I thought it would be. I also do some light gaming and Thai computer has held up pretty well! Although I wouldn’t recommend it if you wanted to play high res games. I would rate it a solid 9/10 and a perfect buy if you need a nice daily computer for school or work!

> 24 hourOkay, see my video review. This is a pretty cool and basic computer thats easy to figure out, easy to use, easy to like. I also like that HP is kept the bloatware to an absolute minimum, you really only have to deal with the HP software which has to do with warranty and system information and of course McAfee which pretty much every major computer manufacturer has some kind of agreement with. We are Office 365 subscribers so that was straightforward and essentially automatic, as was transitioning Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome profiles as well as adding printers and an assortment of other software independent of the Microsoft store. Everything has gone extremely smoothly except for the requisite feels like 50 Windows updates over the course of a week that seems to always be the case with a new computer.

> 24 hourGot everything set up fine - the keyboard has several keys that stopped functioning. Havent had it for a month yet. Called Amazon - they cant replace the keyboard, gotta replace the whole thing. Even though its in stock, they cant replace - they have to process a return, then I have to repurchase (you know the prices fluctuate on items on the website, so it may/may not be the same price).
