HP All-in-One PC, 23.8 FHD Micro-Edge Touchscreen Display, AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, AMD Radeon Graphics, 12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Home OS, Wi-Fi (24-cb1142, 2022)

Needed something very basic just for word processing and printing up school documents. HP has tried to install the print driver four times will not work will not print or save PDFs. Basically it’s not even a typewriter because you can’t save documents and print them on an HP compatible printer. Spent about nine hours on the phone with HP and they recommended to replace the computer and printer. It’s been just a couple of days short of the year purchased two of these neither have ever worked. Yes, they’re an expensive but even if they were free, the fact that they don’t work at all , makes them worthless.

I love this system much neater than my old one. No bulky tower, less cords and super clear picture. Very fast and I love the white color. Set up was a breeze. Did it all myself.

Im usually not a fan of all-in-one PCs as I find that the price is usually bumped up significantly higher than the components would warrant. That is, as expected, also the case here, though Im not upset about it. A pre-built regular desktop PC with the same specs would almost certainly cost significantly less than this all-in-one, but this PC offers a level of convenience a regular desktop cant. Im about to move into a much smaller apartment with limited space in my home office, so an all-in-one will free up a lot of space. Its also incredibly good looking, if you put a premium on that. The only cable involved here is for the power supply, which looks a hell of a lot nicer than the current tangle of tables running from my Acer desktop.

Beautiful machine!

I like the desktop. Easy to set up and decent for the price. The picture is not as sharp as my old Dell. The wired keyboard and mouse are a waste. Not sure who wants wired anymore? I got the white. You cannot see the letters or numbers on the keyboard. They are done in a light beige color against the white background. The mouse starts to hurt your hand after just a few minutes. Ordered wireless on both to replace what they sent.

The process of moving off the windows 10 PC to the windows 11 PC was very quick and trouble free very pleased that it only took a few hours.
