I was not able to use this item on my printer it is not comparable with the Hp Officejet Pro 8710

Bought all 3 color cartridges new and they do not work. Printer rejects them and says they are older generation cartridge. They have exactly the same structure as the existing cartridges. Not clear what the issue is yet all new cartridges report this error.
