When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. restart doesnt work. and powering down and unplugging doesnt work. tried to contact HP and get a bunch of ads on my phone then I get disconnected. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.

I need to return all of the pkgs I bought they are not compatable anymore with the printer being 10 years old

Ive always had very good luck with HP printers. A long time ago, I had a LaserJet the size and weight of a washing machine that just wouldnt die. For years, I wanted to replace it, but it hung on and on. I finally gave it to the Salvation Army and I hope they are happy together.

Great product! It is expensive but worth it.

When the cartridge was installed we were given an error message that it was damaged. We had already thrown the packaging away so we werent able to return it. First time weve been disappointed in Amazon.

The cartridge arrived as expected and i put it to use immediately and it is working well.

HP is always good. Wish the price was better.

I have purchased these before, but my last cartridge did not come with an Amazon Seal of authenticity and the printer will not accept it.
