I have purchased this item for years. Now suddenly when I load it in my printer it says it is not compatible. It has been too long, so I can get my money back. Wasted $34.

The PRODUCT was listed as NEW CONDITION. I didnt like the fact that the PRODUCTs ORIGINAL FACTORY SEAL was BROKEN (product was previously opened) when I received it.

the package for this ink cartridge look like it had been run over since it was packaged with a ream of 28lb paper (also damaged) without any stuffing to keep things from running around in the box. If it wasnt so much effort I would return this out of priciple.
