Came, loaded, works.

Its yellow HP ink, nothing else to say.

Would not work in printer 8620, says not compatible . Use same number in past and worked fine, this is not acceptable and need refund.

Ordered these from Amazon. I was sent cartridges that were a Z20 -to be used in Europe, Russia, Middle East & Africa only! They worked in my printer, but when I needed to change the cartridges they correct ones (Z10-made for USA & Canada) I had to spend an hour on the phone with HP support getting my printer reset! I only needed to change the blue cartridge, but I had to change all 4-even though 3 out of the 4 still had ink in them! Buyer beware!

This particular cartridge was made in Malaysia and is not made correctly. It wont fit into the printer. There is no problem with yellow ink cartridges made elsewhere. It appears that they put the yellow ink into a wrong cartridge.
