When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. restart doesnt work. and powering down and unplugging doesnt work. tried to contact HP and get a bunch of ads on my phone then I get disconnected. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.

Although I enjoy the convenience of priority next day shipping, depending on it in my case was a problem. When the cartridge arrived the box was crushed. When I opened the box, the cartridge looked ok, but there wasnt a strip covering the opening like they at least used to. But I put it in the printer and it worked, for 2 pages. Then the printer told me the the cartridge was empty or damaged. Tried to take it out and put it back in again, but no luck. Wont buy ink here again.
