I’ve tried several generic cartridges, but have not been happy. There’s nothing that compares with the authentic HP ink cartridges quality. Wish they weren’t so expensive, but it turns out to be a better use of my money than buying the generic ones that produce poor quality.

Not Amazons fault but - Its way too expensive but what ya gonna do? Highway robbery! Shame on you HP!

HP ink always works with an HP printer. HP cartridges are expensive and I dont know that the generic cartridges are any better. Ive used HP cartridges to keep my warranty, but since my warranty expires in April 2017 Ill probably start using generic cartridges to save money. I found the refills at Costco Warehouse work great. I just hate the pop-up warning telling me Im using unauthorized cartridges. (I wonder if the printer will explode in April. My printers always break when the warranty expires.)
