It’s a nice computer. Good for basic computing needs

I love this computer and my son. It did come in the mail.

This is a wonderful computer for my teenage daughter. Does everything she needs it to do. Has great screen image and a crystal clear picture. The touch screen is smooth and had very little resistance. Watch your fingers as the screen does get smudged some but with some electronic wipes it cleans up easily. Good speed doesn’t take long for programs to open. Easy easy set up, ready to go after a few updates. Took up very little space since it is an all in one. Great for our small apartment. My daughter loves this system.

HP Computer works fine but the keyboard was a “lemon”. Called customer service and they would not replace it and said I had to call HP myself which I did about 4 times. Over a month has gone by and I still don’t have another keyboard. I’m using one from my husband’s computer! Not at all happy.

It takes 2-3 minutes once connected to to wi fi to even load google or another. then to move to Yahoo, another 3-4 minutes just to load Yahoo, then if I do 2-3 searches inside yahoo it takes 10 minutes. this is too much load for this machine. ??? dont really follow why this is occurring. I keep it clean the disk and the libraries I only have 8 % of the disk with any data on it. something is not right here, I am considering purchasing a system cleaner that I trust but afraid that too will slow it down, I don t game I dont use office none of that is even loaded on this box.?? the only app. I have loaded is Macaffee. and it runs after hours. I have not even begun to consider the new 2021 win 10 update. it may run for 2 weeks. I wonder if adding more GIGS would help?

Performing well so far very fast and no problems

It is small enough to set on my desk, yet it can do all the tasks I need to do and more.

So far so good I like to look and it works great. However I have not figured out how to use touch screen feature. Maybe their isnt one. Not sure still trying to figure out all the features

Overall its a good computer but if I need to meet with someone in Zoom or Teams I need to head to my old laptop. There is no green screen feature and the backgrounds do not work. This feature needs to be updated for sure.

This replaced a cheapo Dell AIO I had been using as a bedside browser and streaming video player. The Dell was a single core CPU with the worlds slowest hard drive - really, it would take 20 minutes to do a reboot and heaven help me if Microsloth decided to update Windows 10.
