> 24 hourI purchased this because I needed a more reliable way of doing Zoom and other group communication than my desktop provided. It took some time for me to get used to not using Microsoft Word, and I did not want to have a yearly rental for the adapted Microsoft Office software; the Cloud-based programs work fine. Im not a gamer, so those features are immaterial to me, but I really like the instant on, and excellent long battery life for media usage (Netflix, etc.). The weight is amazingly light for its features and as someone who is not young, this really makes a difference for me when and if we all travel again. I would definitely recommend this to other people who need an ideal communications and visual media computer.

> 24 hourDO NOT BUY FROM NEXIPC. 5th grade graduation gift for granddaughter. She does zoom calls for summer school and theater camp. Major issues w/ sound card and only response is to call HP and deal with it. Students need to be able to speak with teachers. If the quality is junk, the student wont learn. NexiPC doesnt care because it sat in the box for the initial 30 day window, waiting for graduation time. They found an out and ran. No customer service, just go away and deal with someone else. Amazon should step in and help when this happens.
