HP 15-ef1000 15-ef1074nr 15.6 Notebook - Athlon 3150U - 4 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD - Windows 10

At first it was ok. Then with the last month and a half the screen keep going black. I use this laptop maybe 3 times a week . Unfortunately now I can’t use it anymore because every time it comes in the screen blank out.

When my previous 15 H-P laptop died after 9 faithful years, I tried another brand and was disappointed and returned it to Amazon. I then ordered this H-P 15 laptop and am completely satisfied with it. I have to get better acquainted with the touch screen, but other than that its perfect for my needs. Im glad I went back to another H-P.

This product started great however could not run Microsoft Teams for childrens school, which is why it was bought. After reaserch Microsoft did not fully support the Athlon/Ryzen3 chips and would lock the computer up after 10min. Seller took laptops back but had to pay a heafty restocking fee. The screen and all were great they were not touchscreen as per some advertisements. Spend the extra 70 to 100 bucks and get the RYZEN 7 I have had have zero issues since.

S mode does not let you install 3rd party software. Very annoying.
