> 3 dayI love these. Im so glad to have found something without a bunch of chemicals. I have IBS and when I run in the morning, I cant eat any food before. These are perfect--quick fuel for a quick 5 miles or 3.1 race. They say for races and runs that short, you really dont need fancy fuel, but since food is not an option, they really saved me. Please dont ever change them.

Greater than one weekI got these for my long runs while training for my first marathon. I had really bad stomach aches when trying cliff shots or GU gels but not with these! They also taste great and are easy to swallow while running. It works better to eat two at a time, they helped a lot!
