> 3 dayI am the grandmother and I have an approximately 30 year old Graeco Pack N Play. My grandson who was 14 months old was coming to stay with us and I was trying to decide whether to buy a collapsible full size crib or make this more comfortable. I decided on the Hiccapop. Two things about the mattress were a very pleasant surprise. There was absolutely no plastic odor right out of the package. We try to be as organic as possible though this is not claiming to be an organic mattress. The second thing was how much more comfortable the pack and play was with this insert thus my grandson slept incredibly well. Shocking difference! Recently, we went on a family vacation and my daughter brought her Noona pack and play and called me when I was already in the airport asking me did I bring the Hiccapop mattress and I said I did not. I could tell she was upset so I immediately ordered another one to be delivered to our vacation rental in FL. It arrived the next day and again the baby, now 18 mos. slept like a charm. The companys service was extraordinary and we have nothing bad to say about it. I did not give stars for water resistance because I really dont know but my daughter has never complained. As for traveling it is very light weight and has a travel bag. It might be good for a newborn that doesnt move around much without a structured bed to hold it or maybe tummy time. We never used it that way. It is also unique in that it has the firm side for a newborn and a softer side for the older baby. The Pack N Plays are just extremely firm.

> 3 dayWe were nervous about this product upon its arrival but after following the directions included and giving it some time, it did exactly as they said it would! Our 6 month old loves this and sleeps exactly as he’s supposed to! Like a baby!

> 3 daySeriously, buy this! You wont regret it! I LOVE this mattress and so does my 4 month old. We recently made the transition from her Halo Bassinest to the bassinet in her Graco Pack n Play. She didnt seem to sleep as good as I was hoping she would using just the mattress that comes with the pack n play. The folds in it make it not as supportive feeling. So after reading reviews on this Hiccapop mattress I decided to order it and try it out. I am SO happy that I did. My daughter sleeps so well on it! It has two sides, one is firmer for 0-9 months and then a softer side for 9+ months old. If you take the cover off to wash it, its easy to figure out which side it which because they are different colors. The mattress feels so nice and has that more solid support I was wanting for my daughter that the pack n play wasnt giving her. It comes vacuum sealed in a box. You just cut it open and let it sit for about an hour and then its good to go. Seriously, you wont regret buying this, just do it!

> 3 dayI usually dont take the time to write a review but three things stick out to me that you probably care about as well: 1-this is a high-quality product for the price. The bonus travel bag itself is pretty thin but should go the distance if you make some effort to take care of it. The mattress(es) and the cover are very good. I say mattress(es) because to make this thing foldable to travel with it is 3 mattress sections that zipper inside the mattress cover independently, but when unfolded come together tightly. The cover is easy to take off and put back on, we washed it before first use. 2-My kid slept through the night on it. We have one of those Graco pack and plays and the board it comes with has a very thin mattress. Around 19 months on a weekend vacation, my kid decided he had enough of it and we barely slept all weekend. This is what got me researching an additional mattress. This hiccapop mattress is all of the 1.5 inches thickness as advertised. 3-The customer service seems great. Without having any issues with the purchase I was already contacted to make sure everything was going well. Within the packaging, they make it abundantly clear they want the customer/consumer to be happy. And I like that. Make sure you check the dimensions on the sheets you have/get for this mattress. If the sheets are too tight it will cause the mattress to bunch up on the sides/middle. Check the dimensions of your pack and play so there is not a big gap around the edges. I hope this helps you not waste your money on the other junk out there that they throw the word baby in front of that falls apart in a couple months.

> 3 dayWe bought this mattress for our 2 year old to use for an upcoming Disney trip. The thin, hard mattress that comes with the Pack n’ Play is great for newborns, but is too hard for our toddler. This mattress had great reviews and I liked the ability to fold it up for travel. It is very comfy and has dual sides for younger babies and older babies. The material is soft and breathable as well. The only downside is that it is slightly too big for our Pack n’ Play. I was under the impression all Pack n’ Plays were the same, but I may be wrong. This mattress is maybe 2 inches too long. And because of the accordion style fold (for travel confidence), this means the mattress buckles at the folds creating an uneven sleeping surface. My toddler didn’t seem to care and recently slept fine on it regardless. But it is a slight design flaw. Overall super happy with the purchase, but maybe measure your Pack n’ Play first to see if this mattress fits. Especially for those using a Pack n’ Play as the primary sleeping space.

> 3 dayWe put a pack n’ play in our bedroom and our baby has been sleeping there for a couple months. At first, it was fine for her to sleep on the foldable board that comes with most standard pack n’ plays. However, the middle two pieces started to bow and it affected her sleep as it was uncomfortable to roll around on. She started waking up crying in the night constantly. We received this mattress and almost instantly the multiple-times-a-night wake ups stopped. She seems so comfortable and is able to settle herself back to sleep if she stirs. This mattress saved her sleep and my sanity. My only regret is not getting it sooner. Couple things to note: 1. It comes folded and rolled up tightly in a box. You need to let it “rise” after unpacking it. 2. Make sure the sheets you put on the mattress are not too tight. If they are, the corners of the mattress can be pulled down slightly creating an unsafe dip in those areas. This is avoidable by using sheets that aren’t too tight.

> 3 dayOkay, so let me preface this by saying that I am one of the last people to spend a bunch of money trying to get a baby to sleep. If baby wakes in the night then so be it.. BUT. I noticed when we switched baby to his pack and play for overnight sleep that HIS sleep quality started to decrease. He tossed and turned practically all night and had between 3-5 wakings (when he was only waking once when sleeping in his bassinet). The only time he would sleep well would be when sleeping on my mattress. We as parents obviously cant lay in the pack and play to test out its comfort (or can we?), but just pressing my hand into it I could tell it was much stiffer and harder than I remember them being with my first son 4 years ago. So I caved and bought the mattress. The mattress came quick, within 24 hours of ordering and arrived in a small box, a tad taller than a wine box. The mattress was vacuum packed and rolled up. I took the mattress out of the vacuum packaging right away and laid it out for an hour or so on a flat surface to puff up. Youll notice in the description that this mattress has two sides hard and soft with the hard being meant for infant and the soft for older babies. The hard side is still really nice and supple but the soft side has a true memory foam feel. We are using this mattress with a 6 month old baby who is a belly sleeper and opted to use the soft side. The mattress also features a zip off cover/sheet that is really soft and has an almost fleece feel to it. We are having baby sleep directly on the cover until we buy a sheet. *I will say, while sleeping on the cover I have noticed the tiniest amount of piling* Babys sleep quality has greatly improved since buying this mattress. He is taking a great morning nap, about 3 hours and is sleeping from 7 pm - 1 am, eating, and then going back to sleep until 7 am. I am so glad I made the decision to buy this mattress and would HIGHLY recommend it!

> 3 dayOur little one is teething with 8 new teeth all at once and weve started putting her in our room for the second half of the night and felt just horrible putting her on the thin mattress that comes with the pack-n-play. This is thick and lovely and I feel so much better now. It comes with a waterproof removable cover which is a plus and didnt smell or off gas like I read in reviews of OTHER mattresses. I would say its not the best for travel because it doesnt really fold back up. I suppose you could attempt to vacuum seal it and roll it similar to the manner in which it is shipped. I had hopped to get this companys trifold option, but its all sold out! I really like the company they seem to be easy to reach if you need to and provide all their contact information in multiple places, I havent had to contact them yet though. Id def buy from them again. For first time moms looking into pack-n-plays. If youre like me and overwhelmed by the shear number of pack-n-play options out there you really only need a basic crib structure and the infant level insert. No need for the bells and whistles, which is what I got when overwhelmed and then never used. But, I would get this if you feel comfortable putting a second companys mattress in the pack-n-play!

> 3 dayOur kiddo has never slept well in pack n play but we were going on vacation and would need to sleep in it. Kiddo is over a year old and we were not worried about rolling or getting stuck anywhere in pack n play with breathing issues (safe sleep guidelines are to not put anything in pack n play that didn’t come with it). Our kid slept great the whole trip, so it was def worth it
