Mattress was exactly what I was hoping for: --No flaws on delivery --Easy to unpack --Easy to inflate with the included pump (~30 seconds for each piece) --Easy to deflate and pack away in the included storage bag --Didnt leak air at all over the course of a week --Survived an energetic toddler for a week Grabbed one of these to take with us on a vacation rental for a week and it worked great. Kiddo loved his new bed, didnt fall out at all, and slept great. Assuming it doesnt develop any issues while in storage, Im highly likely to buy a second one in about a year when our infant will also be old enough for one.

So far I am very pleased with this item. My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter sleeps at my house about 2 nights a week. I wanted a portable toddler bed to replace the pack-n-play that she had outgrown, and to bring on a beach vacation as well. After having read a lot of reviews I decided on this bed. I like that the mattress is separate from the base. Also the vinyl is very thick and it’s well made. I also like that it has a lifetime warranty to replace it if needed. I bought a baby crib mattress pad and sheets and they fit perfectly. A few reviews said that they had trouble with inflating it but I had no trouble at all. Just be sure to push the inflation tip into the valve far enough to seal it. This bed is also very comfortable. My granddaughter loves it!

Our two year old just moved out of our bed and started sleeping in her own toddler bed. While prepping for our summer vacation we didn’t want to lose this progress and have her sleep with us all week so we chose to buy her this blow-up mattress. There were other choices available, but having had wonderful experiences in the past with hiccapop we knew we wanted this one. It did not disappoint! Our two year old slept through the night in this bed all vacation long despite the unfamiliar surroundings. When we returned home no progress had been lost and we had wonderful sleep all week. I truly cannot recommend this highly enough. Plus I didn’t have to worry about her rolling off the bed because of the rails! She loves her bed and we do too.

These are perfect for child travel sleep. We’ve used them for years for both our kids. Our oldest is seven and while it’s just beginning to get too small for him, he still fits on the mattress. (He’s been using it since he was four.) It makes for a cozy, safe space when sleeping away from home, ensuring my kids actually sleep comfortably on trips… and therefore we sleep. In addition, the customer service is excellent. Although they’re very durable, like any air mattress, leaks are inevitable over time. They have been very helpful and accommodating in replacing parts of the mattress, making them a worthwhile investment. Can’t say enough great things about this company and this product!

When we received the mattress, the first order of business was to inflate it to make sure there were no holes, and to see it in action. When unboxing, everything was in the box, the mattress, base, pump, and patches. We aired up the base, took maybe 7-10 minutes with the pump. It was great. It had side bumper walls, it wasnt to tall, and looked friendly for a toddler. We then proceeded to air up the mattress, which is where we hit a snag. The valves are one way/two way valves. The small inflatable hole where the air pump goes is one way, but then to deflate, you pop out the big plug to air it out and fold it up (which is very convenient since you can get ALL the air out of it). When applying the air pump, the mattress was not airing up. I knew a bit about one way valves, so I took a look at the gasket and cleaned it off with a baby wipe, and attempted again with no luck. I ended up removing the large two way plug (deflater plug), and put the large adapter on the air pump just to blow it up and make sure there were no pin sized holes, and there werent. Because of this issue, instead of returning it to Amazon, I called Hiccapop customer service which number was provided on their little welcome card, to be send to a voicemail to leave a VM describing the issue and a number and someone to call back. At this point, I had my doubts because that line is used way to many times to never be contacted back. I was contacted back within 10 minutes. (Very happy)!! I explained the issue over the phone. The young lady assisted me with cleaning it again, and ended up advising that if it doesnt work, the cleaning of it, and I didnt want to deal with the hassle of filling it up through the deflating hole and then try to plug it before to much air got out, just to reply back to an email that she had sent while on the call, and they would replace the item. We used it the first night, and I couldnt get it blown up all the way, and our little one didnt enjoy the deflated mattress to much, so I replied back to the email and asked if they could send me a replacement valve. They replied back saying they could not replace individual parts and to just take a picture of the affected area and they would send me a new product. I guess I didnt want to fully comprehend what that meant, since all I needed was a $.30 rubber valve piece to replace, but instead, I received a brand new mattress. Needless to say we are absolutely thrilled with the type of customer service provided by Hiccapop. Not only is the product WELL WORTH every penny, butt he fact that I was contacted back within 10 minutes, and a while new mattress was sent to replace the one that wouldn;t blow up because of a $.30 valve...Just awesome! As our second little gets older, once she gets out of a crib, we will be getting her a Hiccapop as well. Will continue to promote this company as Ive never dealt with another quite like them.

For reference my tots are 3 & 4 years old. Each weigh about 29-30 pounds each. So, I purchased this for the first time in 2020 before the pandemic hit when we were planning an overseas vacation. We originally purchased it to be used on the plane. Needless to say, that never happened. We decided to keep the mattress anyways because it was portable & took up little room to store. I would confidently say, even though we didn’t use it as we intended for on an airplane, that this product would be entirely way too big to be used on an airplane. But, as long as you’re not purchasing it for that sole purchase, this is 100% worth the price tag, not only for the amazing quality air mattress (which can easily fit my two toddlers who are now 3 & 4 years old) but because they offer a legit “Lifetime Warranty” as long as it is purchased through Amazon or their website. I had no idea their lifetime warranty would cover accidental either. Usually “lifetime warranty’s” are a joke &/or don’t cover much outside of default issues. The one I purchased, my friends dog urinated on. I attempted to wash it in the washing machine to get the smell out. It helped but did not fully remove the smell. My sweet friend bought me a placement through Amazon recently & had it shipped directly to me. Well, it sprung a slow leak I could not find. I noticed the lifetime warranty info that is on the bottom of the bumper & thought, “I’ll give it a try!” And much to my surprise that lifetime warranty covers both the slow leak & the unit with the dog urine on it! Along with a ton of other accidental damages, such as but not limited to; a dog chewing a hole through it! So Jessica, the CS agent with Hiccapop, advised me that I could get a replacement for both; my original purchase with the unit that had dog urine on it & the purchase my friend had sent me with the slow leak (without having to ask my friend for the order number!) FREE OF CHARGE! So, if you’re on the fence about springing for this pricey name brand product. I am here to tell you to, DO IT! The legit lifetime warranty alone is reason enough!

I purchased this product as my son needed a co-sleeping transitional bed he could still be in our room with. Didnt want to invest in something major or that was difficult to move so decided we would purchase this as it fit nicely in our room and moved easily. It was a great product, well built and has warranty and contact info on the bed. It worked great for 3-4 weeks until my son, who had made a sport out of jumping from our bed, to his new inflatable bed popped the inner inflatable portion. I contacted support to see if I could purchase the inner portion to replace it and to my surprise they offered a free replacement! I was amazed, I wasnt expecting that from them as this was completely our fault but was appreciative. Bed works great and customer support is awesome. P.S - In case you need a white paper on stress testing, he jumped from an adult king size bed onto the hiccapop about 3 times a day for about 4 weeks as a 40 pound 3 year old. (Would have been 35 times a day if not for the threat of violence or the need for us to leave him alone for a few mins to pee from time to time) Id say thats pretty darn good quality!! There was nothing that I did not like about the Hiccapop Inflatabel Matress. I bought it three years ago for my grandson to have his own bed when he came to visit us. We definitely made excellent use of it. He knew exactly where we had it and was eager to set it up whenever he slept over. It is perfect because it fits in any location you may want to use it in and without the hassle of having a conventional bed in a specific place or room. Super convenient. I recommend this to any parent or grandparents that have small children sleeping over. My grandson lovessss it and still sleeps in it although he is outgrowing it. He is a tall 5 yr old. The customer service is by far amazing. They followed up with me and sent me email reminders asking me to send them pictures of my mattress when one of the seams came loose. They immediately replied and followed up several times. They sent me a replacement (FREE OF CHARGE). They are a great company to do business with. Would definitely recommend them!!!!. I wish all companies had such high standards of customer service as Hiccapop. You will not regret it.

I purchase my first hiccapop Inflatable Toddler Travel Bed with Safety Bumpers in 2018. I had several grands that were toddlers and small children and not enough beds to fit all when they were at my home. So this was perfect. It was even used once for my teenage niece as she weights 100 lbs and is only 5 1 and fit her even though this one is shorter than the new ones. It hasnt been used a whole lot but this past Memorial Day weekend my 6 year old grand-daughter slept on it and it was fine the first 3 nights. But the 4 night, I noticed she was tossing a lot. The next morning, as they were leaving to go back home, I checked the mattress putting it up. It was almost deflated. And I was looking for the leak. I did not know about the warranty! I found the leak and it was around the valve and not a hole so would be hard or impossible to fix. I called the next day and spoke with a representive. Oh My! What a GREAT COMPANY ! I have never been so surprised. She sent me an EMail with what she needed, which was simple. Pictures or the isssue, address and so on. And they would sent me the same mattress that fit my travel toddler bumper bed! Same color. I recieved an Email right away and then within two days the mattress replacement. I will be buying a couple more of these as I have expanded Grands and they argue now who get to sleep on it! So now I feel it is more than money worth spending. Thank You! hiccapop team! First off, high five to Amazon for getting this puppy delivered to me two days early. We started construction today in my kids rooms, so everyone is sleeping with mom, even for nap time. This arrived just in time for nap time and it did not disappoint! Pros: 1. The vinyl is a thicker grade in comparison to other toddler and kids inflatable mattresses I’ve purchased over the years. 2. Easy to inflate. The mattress part wasn’t inflating at first and I realized the rubber stop on the inside was just tight. I lifted the seal around the edges to make sure it wasn’t sticking and hiccapop customer service suggested to clean under the seal with a wipe to keep it from sticking. It inflated slower than the frame, but just fine after that. 3. My toddler immediately started jumping on it and just by watching him I could see this thing was made to take a beating from kids bouncing. 4. This is at least 8-10 inches longer than our pack-n-play that I had setup for my toddler to use for his nap today. When I laid him in it, he was literally the length of the pack-n-play, head touching the top and feet touching the bottom. Then Amazon sent me a notification that this toddler bed had been delivered at my door. Talk about perfect timing! He is two and almost 5 months and taller than most his age. So if you’re on the fence about using your pack-n-play longer and you have a taller toddler, come to this side of the fence. 5. It fit perfectly with the slumber pod I also bought. The soft, stretchy fabric on that plus the open base was easy to stretch over this toddler bed without compromising the bed or the slumber pod. 6. The lifetime warranty was a HUGE attraction for me as we have gone through so many kids air mattresses. 5. The railing on this was higher than I expected. With that plus the length, I could easily curl up and snuggle with him on the bed if I wanted like I do in his crib sometimes. 6. Crib mattress sheets fit perfectly on it. Cons: 1. Besides the price tag, I’ll let you know if there are any. ◡̈
