The headrest is very easy to install it only has three hand removable screws and an adjustable screw. It comes with adapters for the headrest pipes so the headrest doesent wiggle after installed. The side cushions can also be pushed upwards when they are not in use. The design is pretty simple but very effective that is why i rated it five stars.

My 6yr old recently transitioned to a backless booster seat. He easily falls asleep in the car, and this new addition keeps him comfortable. No more leaning or head falling to the side. Easy to install, and its holding up pretty well so far.

My daughter sleeps in the car often. Now that she doesnt use a car seat any more, she would sleep with her head cranked way down. This allows her to sleep more comfortably. It is all plastic except for the pads but its construction is reasonably robust. I like the design they came up with that fits regular two-peg head restraints in most cars.

I had this installed in about 10 minutes. It was pretty straight forward after fallowing the instructions. Once it was in, it was fairly easy to use. The sides panels can be clicked downward low enough that my 9 year old could use it and adjusted higher for adult use. My only complaint is that you can adjust this past the point of the headrest. In some cars this might not be a problem, but in our minivan, the headrests can be clicked far enough back that it makes entering/exiting the vehicle annoying. Usually this is not a problem as I just click it in the vertical 12-oclock position but when the kids are getting in and out of the card, this is one of the things they hang onto getting in and out. All that being said it works better than the neck pillow I keep in the car.

Wife lives this in a Jeep Cherokee. Good for nap and keep her neck from pain.

Bought a second after my oldest loved this. He’s 9 and he assembled it and really likes having it for for all our long trips.

We take lots of road trips and have finally started taking them again. This is a very clever car contraption for those long trips.

This is pretty amazing and my 8 year old can fall asleep comfortably. Easy to install!
