> 3 dayWe like to keep an assortment of small bowls in our house for use as small serving dessert dishes and in tasks such as pre-measurement of ingredients, egg separation, and dipping sauces. This set of 6 ramekins in a 4 oz size are a little smaller than we usually have but they are nailing it as kimchi bowls and for mixing cooking spices. I chose the color Navy and I can tell you that they look as nice in person as they do in the product photos. The surfaces are easy to wash and not prone to staining. The porcelain is nice and thick and seems to be of decent quality. These bowls have turned out to be quite handy and my family is pleased with their performance...

> 3 dayThese small bowls are good quality. The finish is well done and the colors are nice. They will be great for nuts and even salsa. Easy to wash and take very little space to store.

> 3 dayI like these ramekins. Being only 4 oz., they are a nice size to help with portion control on desserts (perfect for ice cream) or for individual servings of salsa or other dips. They also work for serving certain condiments or for use on a charcuterie board. They are well made. The blue is a great color for my kitchen. They stack for easy storage but I would only stack 3 or 4 together, not all 6, for safety.

> 3 dayWhile I absolutely LOVE that these are so cute AND over safe, I have to be honest and say that I might never actually use them for creme brulee. Although, on second thought, I really should so that I have a reason to use the butane torch I bought and have not used. The glaze on these is absolutely stunning. Stunning. They are absolutely lovely. I turned all of them around as I took them out of the box just to look for naturally occuring imperfections and while theyre all different and individual they are beautifully made. I absolutely love the 4 oz size for small snacks. As someone who is really really trying to work on portion sizes and making my plating really attractive, these are GREAT. I can portion myself out a snack and I have a great little dish where everything fits perfectly instead of having things rolling around on a plate that looks empty or rattling around in a bowl and looking like I dont really have a decent portion. So that has been a big help. These also work great for dipping sauces.

> 3 dayThese are good for pre-measuring you spices or small volume dicings for cooking or use for dipping sauces. Id hesitate to use them for custards or creme brulee unless you are into small bites. Overall the cups are multi-purpose, just small, but for certain uses that is a plus. The blue color is nice and the dark interior hides stains (we use one as a spoon parker for the coffee stir spoon).

> 3 dayThese ramekin cups are perfect and nice looking, they are sturdy strong and stands up to the heat. These are great for not just baking but they are good for dipping sauces and snacks for the kids. the only thing I would change it that I wish they were bigger.
