I found the tea to have a strong cinnamon taste. I like it hot and sometimes add a bag to a pitcheer of green tea for the flavor.

I absolutely love this tea and highly recommend it! For me, in addition to being soothing, I get an added benefit of appetite reduction. Seriously. I drink tea any time of day, but if I have a cup before dinner (I use no milk or sugar) I’m almost full before I start to eat.

My brother introduced me to this tea which was a challenge because I am NOT a tea drinker. The scent captured me first and the taste won me over! If you are a cinnamon fan, you have to try this. Absolutely delicious!

I have Type II diabetes, and even though I take medication, sometimes my blood sugar is high. When my sugar is high, I drink one cup of tea, and, in no time, my sugar levels gets regulated. I love it and it’s good for my health. The tea is strong, but has a great flavor.
