> 24 hourAs a former NICU nurse, I would buy this sleep sack for every baby shower I went to. Now that I am a new mom I use them constantly myself. The startle reflex is a natural reflex babies have that can awaken them. If you want better sleep, swaddle!! But use a swaddle that your baby can’t break out of easily. These sleep sacks use basic Velcro to hold the baby tight. And as your baby gets bigger you can set their arms free by attaching the Velcro around their torso instead. This sleep sack has helped my baby learn the sleep through the night by 3 months. And they have thicker ones for winter and thin ones for summer. I’ve stocked up!

> 24 hourPerfect for winter sleep. We have two and switch them out. Baby can sleep arms in or arms out. After nightly wear for two months, its looking a little beat up, the fuzz of the bunny pattern is starting to lose its distinction, but since they only can wear this sleep sack for 3 or so months, it doesnt really matter.
