> 3 dayI use it daily on my 2 mo old. Its important to be cleaning their gums daily so I got it for hygienic purposes, but baby loves to chew on it and feel it rubbing on his gums and tounge. It has kept his entertained for a good 15 minutes on some occasions. Easy to use and clean. It was a little snug on my relatively small hands, a variety of sizes would be better.
