Came damaged and scratched up

The item came missing the metal clip for the strap. I had to rig it using a key ring. The chew proof liner was also chewed through immediately and of course while on our way to the vet appointment.

Fits rabbits small - medium however its very small on your back and feels like wearing a kids backpack.

Difficult to use, and expensive to return!

I absolutely love this carrier! Was using a large shoe box to transport our class Guinea pig back and forth to my home on weekends. (Box had holes and it was literally less than 5 minutes, but…) Anyway, my big boy was so happy to be in this carrier! He is rather large and I was worried it would be too small, but it is the perfect size. Likes looking out while I’m carrying him. So pleased- I wish I had purchased this earlier instead of considering buying for so long!

Bought this for my kids 5 month old Rabbit Pepper for when we have to transport him places like the groomer. Really not a bad thing I can say about the bag. Except… The bottom part does become flimsy with weight or multiple animals but wasn’t a problem for me as I didn’t carry it like a briefcase. I put one hand under for a little support & I was good. I would suggest making your own sturdy insert which shouldn’t be an issue. If you measure the insides & take them to Menards I’m sure they’ll cut you a piece of material that will do.

The size is great, I love the color, but it has a very strong plastic smell, and there is a film around the clear panel that I cannot get off. It looks terrible! I will not be taking this out in public, other than a carrier from car to shop, as it looks like I don’t care about my pets habitat.
