I was putting the Airtag from my keychain in my checked baggage, but decided that a permanent solution was in order. With this device I put the Airtag in the holder, fixed it to the inside of the suitcase (under the liner so its hidden) and voila!

Why did I give this a 5-star rating if I rated it 1 star for being easy to remove? That is the point! This is the AirTag holder you want when you need to stick it on something and want it to be essentially permanent. Maybe a Jet Ski, snowmobile or ATV. This is the case to use when it will get splashed with mud or water. This two piece case comes with the tool to separate it. Once your AirTag is inside, a waterproof gasket keeps it safe. They also included super high quality 3M adhesive. This is OEM automotive grade and will not let go which is what you want. However, when the time comes to replace the battery in the AirTag, you simply use the tool to open the case and you can pull the tag out to change the battery. Well made, and small in size so you can stick it almost anywhere.

A good basic airtag holder with some versatility to place the airtag where you need it. I definitely recommend some type of protection for the airtag and this was a good option.

These cases will be excellent for hiding in the lining of luggage or placing on other items that you expect to leave the Airtag in place for a long time. With the 3M adhesive, it will stay put, so choose the location wisely. The price may seem a little high, but the quality justifies the cost.

I installed it under my e-bike a few weeks ago and it’s still there! I was a bit dismayed that it would stick, but it’s still securely in place. Great adhesion and holding case.

Ever since I got my set of AirTags, Ive wanted to put one in my car but havent known quite how to do it until I happened upon this. I snapped it right in, applied the 3M tape, and was able to very easily hide the AirTag underneath a surface inside the car where its been now for a few weeks, and everything is working how its supposed to. Should the need arise, Im sure itll come right out, but Im very happy with it where it is.

Nice holder. It’s great to sticks it in anything that are easy to misplace or get lost. However, it’s pain in the butt for using a tool to opens it. And my advice is put it in somewhere that is easy to retrieve. Any handy person would know what I meant.

These water tight AirTag cases are the answer to hiding AirTags on your bicycles or other outside tools that tend to walk away. The AirTags are secure in a very strong case that attaches where you want to put it using 3M double sided adhesive squares. Attach the base, give it time to maintain the attachment then snap on the top piece with the AirTags inclosed. Done. Simple and these dont even have to be attached if you want to toss one in the protective case into a suitcase or purse. The strong case will protect the case and if outside will protect it from rain too.

This is an alternative to Airtag holders I own to attach to my backpack and keychain when you dont want it dangling. It is a lightweight opaque plastic case to attach Airtag to a smooth hard surface via 3Ms adhesive tape.  One thing to note is that this is a semi-permanent solution so you cant move this between items you want to track so pick your item carefully.
