12-11-2024They look pretty nice when they work, but one stick refused to light up. I called their tech support (which is only open weekdays and had a busy signal for the first 3 hours of their open time) and the immediate offer was to ship them the RAM that I bought 2 days prior on here back to them and be without it for a week. This isnt much of an option at all. I was advised (both by tech and on their website) that returning it to Amazon was faster than having them honor their warranty!

> 3 dayYou need to enable the xmp settings in the BIOS to get the extra speed with this. DDR4 memory default speed is 2400. So without doing this you will not receive 3200. Google for more info..
