I ordered two sticks that matched my current 32 gigs of RAM to expand it. The package arrived un damaged but the actual RAM package had a partially torn off bar code sticker on the front of it along with another sticker applied to the back with two big initials. I installed the additional RAM and the computer and it wouldn’t boot. I reinstalled it several times noting no pin damage or other visible problems and still no boot. I removed the RAM and my rig worked fine. I returned the RAM without a problem but I wonder if someone else had done the same thing prior to me.

Quick and easy and a significant upgrade

Excellent memory, been using G. Skill for years and have never had a bad set. Put these in ASROCK Z370 Taichi ran memtest86 and Windows memery test, no errors.

Bought 2x16 (32gb) and only 1 of the sticks worked.

make sure to enable XMP on your mobo to run at 3200MHz, works 100% though this isnt listed in AMDs QVL

Got these to clock to a stable 3000 and not-quite-as-stable 3133, using a Z170-HD3P-CF motherboard (3/7/16 BIOS) with an Intel i7 6700k processor. I believe I could get them to 3200 if I really wanted to, but that would force me to slow down my processor cores and/or make drastic power changes, neither of which that would be worth it for a small ram speed upgrade.
